Terms & Cancellation Policy

💳 Payment

• No upfront payment. No deposit or card required to book.
• Payment is made on the day of the tour, before boarding.
• We accept cash in USD and credit/debit card.

🚫 Cancellation by product

Pig Beach Packages (Basic, Premium, VIP)

• You can cancel up to minutes before departure — no penalty.
• Notify us via WhatsApp at +1 (242) 426-6135.
• In case of bad weather preventing safe departure, David will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative date or free cancellation.

ATV, Buggy, Scooter & Mobility Scooter Rentals

• Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
• Full refund if you cancel before the pickup time — just message David on WhatsApp.
• Once the rental has started, no refunds are issued for partial use.
• Driver must present a valid driver's license and be 18 or older.

🔄 Date and time changes

• You can change your booking date or time at no cost by sending a WhatsApp message.
• Changes are subject to availability on the new date.

⚠️ Liability

• Tours by David operates private tours in small groups with a local guide.
• All tours operate under safe weather conditions. The final call is the guide's.
• Travel insurance covering shore excursions is recommended for cruise passengers.
• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• For the VIP package and jet ski activities, the minimum age is 4 years.
