Baha Mar Resort (Cable Beach)

Newer and slightly more spread out than Atlantis. Three hotel brands under one roof (Grand Hyatt, SLS, Rosewood). Casino, pools, and direct beach access. Generally slightly better value than Atlantis during peak weeks.

🚤 Pig Beach Boat Tour — $80–140

The most popular Spring Break activity in Nassau, hands down. Swim with the famous Bahamian pigs at Rose Island, snorkel at a coral reef, see sea turtles, and party on the boat. Premium and VIP packages include drinks. Book well in advance — these sell out weeks ahead during Spring Break.

🌊 Aquaventure Waterpark (Atlantis) — $120–160

Nearly a mile of waterslides, lazy rivers, and pools. The Leap of Faith slide drops nearly vertically through a shark tank. Full day here is exhausting in the best way. Day passes available if you're not staying at Atlantis.

🏖️ Cable Beach — Free

The main Spring Break beach strip. Beach bars, volleyball nets, music, and a festive atmosphere. Baha Mar's beach is right here. On peak weekends it gets very crowded — arrive before 10 AM to claim your spot.

🌅 Fish Fry at Arawak Cay — $10–20

Row of local seafood shacks serving fresh-caught fish, conch fritters, and cold Kalik beer. The most authentic food experience in Nassau and far better value than the tourist restaurants. Ask for the conch salad — made fresh in front of you.

Aura Nightclub (Atlantis)

Nassau's biggest and most popular club. International DJs during Spring Break. Dress code enforced — no flip-flops.

Señor Frog's (Nassau)

Classic Spring Break venue. Party atmosphere, body shots, and games. Very popular with cruise ship passengers.

Marina Village (Atlantis)

Outdoor plaza with bars, restaurants, and live music. More relaxed than a club but still lively during Spring Break evenings.

Bambu (Downtown Nassau)

Local favorite on Bay Street. Cheaper than Atlantis venues and popular with a mix of tourists and locals.

Love Beach ★★★★★

No vendors, no party scene, shallow calm water — perfect for children of any age. Receives very few Spring Breakers. 20 minutes by taxi from the port (~$15). Arrive by 10 AM for the best experience.

Saunders Beach (Goodman's Bay) ★★★★

Local and peaceful, 10 minutes from the port. Gentle waves, calm water, and a park area nearby. Popular with Bahamian families on weekends — a genuine local experience.

Cabbage Beach on Weekdays ★★★

Monday through Wednesday, Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island is much quieter. Beautiful white sand and clear turquoise water, without the weekend crowds. Take the water taxi from the port (~$6).

🚤 Private Boat Tour with David — $80–140

Small group tours are ideal for families. Kids love swimming with the pigs and snorkeling at the reef. The boat departs at 9:15 AM and 11:20 AM. Calm sea conditions make it safe for young children. Book in advance — Spring Break fills up fast.

🦩 Ardastra Gardens — $16 adults / $8 children (3–12)

Zoo, botanical gardens, and the famous marching flamingo show. Great for young children. Open every day including Sundays. 10 minutes by taxi from the port.

🏨 Atlantis The Dig — $60 adults / $45 children (day pass)

The underground aquarium at Atlantis is completely covered and spectacular for children. Sharks, rays, and tropical fish in a massive habitat. Day passes grant access even if you're not staying at Atlantis.

DAY 1 — Arrival and Beach

Check in to your hotel. Head to Cable Beach or Cabbage Beach in the afternoon. Dinner at the Fish Fry at Arawak Cay for authentic Bahamian food and cold Kalik beers. Evening at Marina Village or Aura if you're feeling energetic.

DAY 2 — Pig Beach Boat Tour

Early morning boat tour to Rose Island — swimming with pigs, snorkeling the reef, sea turtles. Back by 1:30–2 PM. Afternoon rest and beach. Evening nightlife if you booked tickets in advance.

DAY 3 — Explore Nassau

Morning at Love Beach for a quieter, more beautiful beach experience. Afternoon: explore downtown Nassau — Queen's Staircase, Fort Fincastle, Bay Street shopping. Optional: Junkanoo Beach at sunset (free, right by the port).
